As more accusations against Hip Hop pioneer Afrika Bambaataa continue to surface (including a story from an ex bodyguard who claimed Afrika molested hundreds of boys), the leader of the Zulu Nation has been removed from his post.
The Hip Hop collective, formed in the 80’s during the birth of the musical genre, has ousted Bambaataa from his position as leader, stating in their official announcement:
The Universal Zulu Nation wishes to announce that it is currently under new leadership by the International and Regional U.S. Zulu Leaders. This will involve a significant restructure and will feature an in-depth re-assessment of how the organization will function to better serve our communities. As part of this restructure ALL accused parties and those accused of covering up the current allegations of child molestation have been removed and have stepped down from their current positions.
Bambaataa has adamantly denied the claims, stating during a taped interview with FOX 5 in New York that he never abused any under aged boys. Watch the exclusive down below and let me know if you believe Afrika Bambaataa’s side of the story.
