Remember last year when 50 Cent declared bankruptcy and had to prove the shit in court?
Well so does the judge, and she’s not happy.
Judge Ann Nevans has ordered the New York rapper back to court to explain the Instagram pictures he posted after declaring bankruptcy less than a year ago.
“I’m concerned about allegations of nondisclosure and a lack of transparency in the case… There’s a purpose of having a bankruptcy process be transparent, and part of that purpose is to inspire confidence in the process.”
Many suspected that the rapper (Curtis Jackson) only declared bankruptcy to avoid paying $7 million to Lastonia Leviston (Rick Ross’ ex girlfriend) in a sex tape law suit, that she’s already won but hasn’t collected the money on yet. Unfortunately, Leviston isn’t the only one trying to collect pass due funds from the rapper, as a mortgage lender and an ex- business partner are both trying to get their money from Fiddy.
The problem is that Curtis likes to troll people, whether it’s on social media or in real life. So as much as these people want their millions, we already know Fiddy will drag this shit out for as long as it takes, whether he intends on paying the money or not.
I mean he just posted another picture of himself surrounded by cash on Instagram after the judge ordered back to court. Clearly the man doesn’t give damn.
