It would be the two lightest rappers from Young Money e-thugging back and forth on social media about their hurt feelings, wouldn’t it?
To be honest, both Drake and Tyga lose points for their social media spat, but at least Drake did what most rappers would do (or should do) and put it in a diss track.
This all started when Tyga decided to air out his dirty laundry in a Vibe interview about Nicki Minaj and Drake being fake to him.
Bits of shade was thrown on Twitter and IG from all parties involved, but it died as soon as it started. That is, until Drake pulled a Beyonce and dropped his new mixtape If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late.
On the track 6Pm In New York, Drake basically calls out Tyga for his interview, and even throws a little shade at Tyga’s alleged girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, for good measure.
“Oh you tried, it’s so childish calling my name on the world stage
You need to act your age and not your girl’s age.”
Tyga responded to the diss by posting this on Twitter, and then deleting it shorty after:
By the way, no one thinks two grown men throwing shade at each other online is tough or amusing (maybe a little entertaining), so I don’t know why Tyga started firing Twitter shots at Drake. They both have each others number, know where each other live, and fuck with the same people (well, used to anyway).
And they’re both mad each other for basically doing the same shit anyway so…
